Strolling Scarlett O'Hara is a bent-knee 10" Cissette has gorgeous green eyes and long brunette curls that are partially pinned up. Scarlett is a vision in a burgundy and ivory striped gown that features a pink satin skirt with a pleated, striped hem. A white organdy pleated stand-up collar embellishes the bodice along with a black satin ribbon belt and a black satin ribbon necklace that features black and silver tone accents. Includes a wide-brimmed black straw hat; black jewel with silver tone earrings; laced-trimmed white bloomers and petticoat; ivory stockings; and black flock.
