Showtime: "The Tudors" Catherine Parr 10-inch Doll
Catherine Parr was Henry VIII last wife and lucky survivor. Interestingly, she is the most married queen in English history, having married four times. She, a 10-inch fully-articulated Cissette with blue eyes and a center-parted, upswept blond hairdo wears a gold shantung coat that opens down the front and is trimmed on the edge with white lace and green ribbon. Beaded and embroidered gold trim adds a rich detail to the hem as well as the epaulets on the shoulders. The sleeves, accented with black and white cording, are finished with lace at the cuffs. The lace-up the back under-dress of pink, gold and green brocade has a white bodice that’s trimmed with white lace and green satin ribbon at the neckline. White panties and stockings, gold satin high-heeled pumps along with fabulous jewelry completes Catherine Parr’s royal garb. The jewelry includes a magnificent gold crown embellished with peridot and crystal insets as well as gold beads, dangle earrings and a gold chain necklace. The necklace, which features oval crystals and two peridot set in gold, is the perfect finishing touch for this queen.
