Scarecrow Winkie Guard Doll from Wizard of Oz
Our 8” Scarecrow Winkie Guard, is the Scarecrow in disguise as one of The Wicked Witch’s Winkie Guards. This blue-eyed Jack doll has Scarecrow’s distinctive face paint, but he has donned a “borrowed” Winkie Guard outfit that includes a big fur hat with red and blue felt accents, a blue-and-grey guardsman’s felt cloak cinched with a red ribbon belt sporting tassels, fur shoulder accents and red tassel “epaulets”, silver nail head buttons, and red/silver/black embroidered design. Accessories include blue felt gloves, a white beaded necklace, and a red and silver pike. It’s a great disguise, except for the fact that he’s still wearing his straw-stuffed black boots!
