Happy Birthday Cupcake Wishes Wendy is a confection of a doll. She’s an 8-inch bent-knee Wendy with blue eyes and a blonde bang flip that’s pulled back at the sides and tied with a pink bow. Her purple acetate dress features a printed pink cupcake on the bodice and rows of sparkle tulle trimmed with pink pearl edging. Pink and white striped jersey tights. Pink pleather t-strap shoes, a silver tone crown on her head and a pink cupcake with a candle in her hand completes Cupcake Wishes’ sweet look.
