Directions

Transportation by Subway or Bus:
Take the 1/9 train to 125th St. Walk 3 blocks north to 131st Street. Make a left, ADC located on the right side in the middle of the block. From the east side the 4/5/6 stops at 125th Street & Lexington Ave, Metro North New Haven Line also stops at 125th Street & Park Ave. Take the BX15 bus west to the Broadway stop. Follow directions from the 1/9 above. The M4 & M104 also stop at Broadway & 125th Street.

Long Island:
Throgs Neck Bridge or Whitestone Bridge towards I-95 (Cross Bronx Expy) to New Jersey. Stay right as you approach GW Bridge. Exit 1, turn right onto Ramp towards RT-9A / H Hudson Pkwy / W 181 St / Last Exit in NY. Take Ramp (Left) onto Henry Hudson Pkwy South. At exit 12, make RT onto Ramp towards W 125 St. Make left at 132nd St. Right on 12th Ave. Left on 131st St. Arrive at ADC in middle of block on left.

Connecticut:
Take I-95 south towards N.Y. City Cross Bronx Expressway. (follow directions from above)

New Jersey:
Take I-95 towards GW Bridge, NY. At exit 1, turn off onto Ramp towards Henry Hudson Pkwy south. (follow directions above from Henry Hudson Pkwy)

Westchester:
Cross County Pkwy west towards Saw Mill Pkwy south. Saw Mill becomes Henry Hudson Pkwy. (follow dir. From above)

Parking: Though we do not provide parking, there are three garages in the immediate neighborhood, MTP- 631 W 131 St., MTP- 627 W 129 St. and Classic Parking @ 134th Street & Broadway.

Note: Trucks and Commercial Vehicles must use the Broadway exit south bound to get to ADC. Commercial traffic is not allowed on the Henry Hudson/West Side Highway. At (Broadway & 131st Street) make a right turn if going south bound left turn if going north bound.
