RedCross_DollHospital.jpg (RedCross_DollHospital.jpg)Over the years, Madame Alexander dolls may become "loved too much" and require repair. Signs of aging may include worn rubber bands or cracks that appear in a doll's arms or crotch area. Please do not use glue to repair these circumstances. Such conditions cannot be repaired at home, but if and when they do occur, the doll can be sent to Madame Alexander's Doll Hospital for repair.

The Doll Hospital

“The Doll Hospital is Getting a Facelift!”

The Doll Hospital is CLOSED while we move to a new location.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY DOLLS TO THE DOLL HOSPITAL

The Doll Hospital will re-open in 2013.

During this time, we will no longer be accepting dolls for repair. Any dolls received will be “refused” so they can be returned to the sender.

We will of course let you know via Email, Facebook, and our website as soon as we’re re-opened for business!

We’re sorry for any incovenience, and we look forward to providing repair services in a renovated facility.

In the meantime, if you have an emergency repair situation, you may want to consider contacting the following companies who do provide doll repair services:
